This covers all types of properties including industrial, commercial, residential and agricultural and involves the following:-Engaging in the routine day -to-day running of the property and ensuring:-
- Collection of rents and service charges with prompt accounting to landlords and tenants respectively.
- Supervision of cleaning and lighting of common areas including maintenance of security and such plant and machinery as lifts and air conditioners where applicable;
- Advice on rental values on revision dates;
- Apportionment and collection of rates and electricity charges;
- Recruitment, payment and control of management staff.
- Ensuring continued enjoyment and improvement of property values over time by avoiding premature physical, functional and economic deterioration by constantly re-appraising property utilization, rehabilitation and management.
