This is a statutory valuation where we provide compensation valuation services as umpire to those affected by land takeover by government as a result of overriding public interest arising from power line/ electricity facility installations, road widening and oil spillage (crop enumeration and economic tree valuation).

These involves:

• Acting on behalf of claimants or the acquiring authority on preparation of claims and valuation for compensation on properties compulsorily acquired or right of occupancy revoked including appearance in courts and tribunals as the case may be.
• Acting on behalf of claimants or the compensating authority on the preparation of claims and valuation for compensation in the event of partial or total destruction of properties due to industrial or other mishaps.
