Chigozie hails from Onicha Local Government Area of Ebonyi State. He has a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) degree in Estate Management from Abia State University (ABSU), Uturu, Abia State, Nigeria. He is a Registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer (RSV) with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON), and an Associate member (ANIVS) of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV).

Chigozie is a seasoned Estate Surveyor and Valuer with over a decade’s experience in the Nigerian Real Estate industry, specializing in Property Valuation and Management. 

Before Joining Patrick Ogungbola & Co, He was the Head of valuation department at Bassey N & Co. (Estate Surveyors and Valuers) undertaking huge valuation jobs from property valuation, to plant and machinery valuation, assets Valuation to trading stock valuations for first bank Nigeria Plc and Fidelity Bank Nigeria Plc.

He is currently the Head of Valuation Department of the company.
