Fadeke hails from Saki West Local Government Area of Oyo State. She has a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) degree in Estate Management from Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria. She is a Registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer (RSV) with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON), and an Associate member (ANIVS) of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV).

Fadeke is a seasoned Estate Surveyor and Valuer with over a decade’s experience in the Nigerian Real Estate industry, specializing in Property Management, Property Valuation, Project Management and Facility Management.

Her experience spans Estate Agency/Brokerage, Building Maintenance, Project Supervision, Retail Space Leasing, Sales and Purchase Guidance and Customer Counseling having worked in Abuja, Ibadan and Lagos with leading local and international clients and companies.

Fadeke is an independent thinker and manager, who has acquired excellent negotiation skills over time, as well as innate effective multi-tasking skill. She currently heads the Valuation Department at Patrick Ogungbola Co.
